We can't promise that, and we won't. Nobody honest can guarantee leads, rankings, or traffic. What we do promise: a modern site that shows your services, hours, and contact clearly on a phone, plus an easy way to keep it current.
No redesign costs less than $249. Bigger or more complex sites cost more, based on the job. You get a clear quote before you pay anything, and the rebuild matches roughly the size of your current site. Extra pages or features are quoted separately.
A 50% deposit starts the build. The remaining balance is due before go-live. We send a personal checkout link, and payments run through Stripe. If you reject the redesign before go-live, your deposit comes back.
Fast. Once we start, a first-pass design of your new homepage is often ready in under an hour. Polishing it together and launching depends on your site and how quickly you review. Any timeline we give is an estimate, not a guarantee.
Changes to details on pages you already have: hours, specials, prices, photos, staff, and short text. New pages or major redesigns are quoted separately. Unused updates do not roll over.
To keep your site on our hosting, yes: a care plan (from $9.99/mo) or Host-only ($6.99/mo). If you would rather host it yourself, you can request an export of your site files.
No. The redesign fee pays for building your site. Hosting on Fixelton is included while you have an active care plan (or a Host-only plan), plus the grace period described in our Terms.
Care cancels at the end of your billing period, and chat updates stop then. Your site stays live for 30 days (the grace period) with no edits. In that window you can renew care, switch to Host-only for $6.99/mo, or request a file export and host elsewhere.
Host-only keeps your site live on our hosting for $6.99/month. It does not include chat, edits, or design changes. Need changes again? Move back to a care plan.
After the 30-day grace period, we may take the site offline and archive it. We keep an archive for about 90 days in case you want to come back. Your domain stays yours, though you may need to update DNS.
We treat a failed renewal the same way as a cancel: the site can stay up through the grace period without edits while you fix billing, renew, move to Host-only, or export.
You own the custom work we build for your business, and your domain stays yours. During care, Host-only, or the grace period, you can request an export of your site files. No export fee.
No. Canceling care does not refund the redesign fee for a completed, launched project. The deposit refund applies only if you reject the redesign before go-live.
